A pioneer in the community, Rav Alon founded one of the first synagogues and has served with unwavering dedication for over 20 years. As a renowned Mohel, he has performed thousands of Brit Milahs, traveling across the globe to ensure Jewish babies in remote areas receive this sacred rite. In addition to his community service, Rav Alon is a scholar with a Te’udat Dayanut, mastering the intricate laws of Choshen Mishpat. Rav Alon is also a successful CPA and businessman, bringing both wisdom and professionalism to all his endeavors.

A true master of the entire Shulchan Aruch, he brings a lifetime of learning, shaped by years in Eretz Yisrael and leadership of a Kehilla in Toronto. Now residing in Hollywood, Florida, Rav Hakak leads his own community while serving as a highly respected Dayan on the Beit Din alongside Rav Alon and Rabbi Friedman.

Rabbi Adam Menachem Razla
Rav, Mashpia, Chazan
At just 28 years old and a father of four, Rabbi Adam is an accomplished Talmid Chacham and an inspiring leader. Raised in his father’s congregation, he developed into a masterful Chazan and Ba’al Koreh, captivating the community with his beautiful voice and precision in Tefilot and Kriah. For the past six years, he has been a devoted Rebbe to hundreds of young boys, leaving a lasting positive impact on their lives. With charm, wit, and approachability, Rabbi Adam has gracefully inherited his father’s Kehilla, driving its remarkable growth through his engaging Divrei Torah and dynamic leadership.
